I'm currently interviewing for 2 companies, 1st one is Deloitte and another one is a seed stage startup that has a potential to make it big ( I'm assuming). The founder is super nice and I'll be working with him and a product engineer.

What are the pros and cons of working in both the companies?

Working in an MNC vs working as a solo product designer at a seed stage startup?

So recently I applied for Intuit SDE 1 role for 2024 grads via referral.
On 10th July I got OA link and I solved all 5 problems.Some of the problems I had seen before. I think they were repeated.
So I had my first round scheduled on 16 July on call with HR. 
Intuit was not that interested in informing interview details, time before 15th night. So I was informed my interview will be at 8 Am.
I joined the interview. The interviewer asked my introduction and then gave me a DSA problem on glider. 
DSA is the thing I am confident about myself but that day it backfired. It was some counting problem to calculate number of diff types of combinations. I was trying to approach it using basic mathematical counting and loops. Interviewer guided me very well and gave me a lot of hints. After a lot of hardwork on that problem I was finally able to solve it. But I realized I had ruined my interview already. 

Then interviewer asked some questions from my resume and oops, dbms , and operating systems.
I answered all of them. I believe they were correct and interviewer was satisfied.

On 22nd July I received a mail stating I wasn’t moving forward in process. Felt really bad as this was a good chance to increase my current CTC to around 1.5 times.
Lets see if I get any chance in future.
Any tips on improvement like how to manage interview preps along with job n all.

Hello folks,
So I got an offer from a US based product company for remote role for Product designer.

This company just raised a seed funding.

They don’t have any office in India but their tech team and some of the people from leadership team (CxOs) are from India.

I’m confused whether to go with this offer or not.

Reason: 
1. Their interview process was too good to be true, it was very quick, no assignments given, they just saw the portfolio, ask some process related questions and then they agreed to give offer.

2. It’s a pure remote company with no plans to build office in India in coming future.

3. They have very small team, I’ll be working as 2nd designer only.

4. As per the current job market, I’m afraid about their future.

Hike that I’m getting is 50%

Hi, wanted to compare a couple of offers which I have just received after being affected with layoffs .Please let me know your opinion

Old CTC - 75L(with stocks combined)
YOE - 7

Harness Offer - 52L base + 1900 stock units(Around 40 lacs) + Bonus 5l - Total 97L

Intuit offer for SSE - 44L base + 72K USD stocks for 4 years (14l/ year) + 6L(variable bonus) - Total 62L

I understand there's a huge difference between the two offers but in the current market situation which one is the better option considering Intuit stock has some upside as well. Also, heard some bad things about the culture at Harness . Is Intuit lowballing me or it can go higher? Also do harness stocks have good potential in the current situation? Please provide your suggestions.
