 Many people were trying to sign up once they appeared on Shark Tank S3 but their profiles were not getting approved only.

yeah they do take a lot of time.  
  
 sometimes it depends on your profile, if they need a lot of interviewer for that profile they might approve fast.

The interviewer was least bothered to know what I am doing in my current role and how I can contribute to org but only conducted interviews by posting code snippet to solve. I've interviewed with multiple companies, and I'm starting to notice a pattern. 

Interviewers who:
- Have their cameras off
- Show up in old t-shirts, looking like they haven't washed their face or combed their hair
- Roll their eyes when the answer isn't what they wanted to hear
- Fidget around when you are speaking
- Look anywhere but at the camera
- Give in to itches all over the body 👀 
among many others 

If we as interviewees are expected to be presentable and excited, the least interviewers could do is put in a little effort to appear decent and engaged.
