My onboarding location is Bengaluru & I am from Delhi. My HR told that you need visit Bengaluru office for completing onboarding process. I want to know how much days it will take for onboarding as I am willing to work from Noida location.

I am resignation, i got the offer letter of Accenture on 5th of june, the HR said that he will change the joining place from bangalore to noida/gurgaon in next one week, now they are not responding to my calls its been months, can i directly go to gurgoan, location? When I asked HR regarding the update on the process, she said wait for 10 days time, you will get an update. When will Accenture give on boarding to the candidates. Recently , I heard that the Company is giving most of the on boarding process quickly to girls only. Is there a rightful reason behind it ? What about the boys who are on the same level but seeing their peers going to the company and earning salaries but they are staying at home ?
