Michael Page, a recruiting agency, has a lot of open job postings always. But I have never got a reply back with details of the roles even for roles that I know I am well qualified for.

This is after I apply through their portal and email the hiring manager.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or what could be going wrong?

I must have applied for dozens of jobs on LinkedIn job portal. At times companies don't reply or I mostly get automated rejection emails. 
PS - I'm someone with more than a decade and a half experience. So my target roles are a little senior.

I was interviewing with a D2C startup and the recruiter from Michael Page was extremely friendly and helpful till she suddenly ghosted me. 

Don't understand why the HR would ignore me completely rather than give a firm Yes/No. Is ghosting a common practice among the likea of MP as well?

Hello GV folks,
Have been working in sales for the last 3 years(post MBA - Tier 1 college) and I am basically tired now of all the headache that comes with it, weekly reviews, bashings from both customers as well as internal higher management in case numbers are not happening, which gets very abusive and taxing at times. I have been evaluating if Michael Page would be a good career move and would it be possible to come back to tech/program management if I get into C-suite recruitment. Need guidance, pls help??

How Michael Page/Native earn money?

I've been looking for a job for a while now and I've applied to numerous companies on multiple job portals. Only 1% to 2% of companies respond to my applications, and even they don't go beyond the initial introduction call, at the end of which I'm told "we'll be in touch" but they never call back. I've tried referrals too but without any luck. I have 4 years of experience at KPMG (the only job I've ever had) as a consultant and I have an MBA from IIM Udaipur. I think my CV isn't terrible either. I've had it reviewed from friends, family, ex-colleagues, and seniors from my college, listened to their advice, made the changes and applied everywhere, but there's no change.

Help me. I would appreciate any and every advice y'all have to offer. Whether it's the bare minimum that I've been blind to all along or a couple extra miles, I wanna shoot a real shot.
