Appraisal hikes

I completed 3 months in the organization, and appraisal season started, how to tackel questions of how much hike should I get or ask for? If I don't ask I will be stuck until like 15 months on same salary. How to deal with it.

Hearing no hikes in Oracle for this appraisal cycle. Are everyone else facing the same?

Personally, I haven't been getting random emails from recruiters like I used to get back in 2020/21. Have you also seen a slowdown? For people who have not been looking out, how have appraisals been for you this year compared to 2021 when attrition was quite high?

My joining date in infosys is on September 26, 2024. Will I be a part of the 2025 appraisal cycle or do I need to wait till 2026 for my next hike?

I’m a software engineer at a mid size company. I have 1y3mo of work ex. Appraisals are around the corner, and although the work is great, the pay not so much. I earn less than 10LPA. How much of a hike should I deserve in this market assuming I have done a good job.

I switched to DevOps profile. I have a total of 2 YOE and my current pkg is 4.75 CTC. you all know it's time to start for appraisal so how can I take more hikes and how can I propose ?
