Is it me or all the freshers are facing this freeze from getting interview calls. I've applied to dozens of company on naukri but haven't got any profile reviewed atleast let alone any calls from any company. In this situation don't know weather to expect good package or take what they might willing to give.

Hey everyone,
I’m currently looking for a job switch as currently my position in the organisation is not quite good to stay. So I have to join somewhere asap.
I’m actively applying and looking for new job   Role as front end developer. I’m trying to apply actively on Naukri and LinkedIn .
Plus also applied through referrals in few companies.
But I don’t know why I am not getting any calls for the interview.
I have 1.9 months of experience with infosys plus 6 months internship in Cognizant.
I’m quite worried now as I’m not receiving any calls, is there something I’m doing wrong.
Please anyone can help me by suggesting something which can lend me calls for interview.
Can analyse my resume and see if it’s correctly aligned or not?
Or normally things like this take more time than this, I’m being impatient?

Hi,

I am not getting calls from naukri. I tried changing my resume several times, but yet not getting calls from naukri. On the other hand my friends keep getting many calls. Kindly help me out.

Not getting calls from Naukri.

2023 graduate here.
Had my offer rescinded last month due to bad market conditions. Have applied to multiple places with no luck to even get a single interview since last 40-45 days.
So, I would like to know which companies are hiring freshers, for SDE or product roles as of now.
How should I approach this situation to land a job?

I have 3 years of experience in java springBoot Angular Javascript . I am currently looking for a job switch and landed in 3 interviews in total but failing in coding rounds.

Anyone had a phase where they weren’t getting even a single call from Naukri? Not even the ones that aren’t even remotely related to your profile? I am updating my profile everyday and still not getting even a single call. My profile was exactly the same in June and I had 3-4 calls coming everyday. I took a break from job hunting for two months and now it’s just..dead. Would appreciate any guidance or fix for this!

Recently started giving interviews and cleared a few rounds in a couple of companies. I never heard back from any of them even if I felt the interviews went well. Very frustrated because of this as I fail to understand how difficult is it to just reject or send a rejection email if they don't want to hire. I understand that companies have 100s of candidates in their pipeline but it's so frustrating to not even get any rejection mail and get stuck in a limbo.

So, today was my first day in corporate. Joined a company that i hate the most, the government job company. During the induction itself, I experienced shitty HR (including all their internal depts) policies and their shitty rules. They literally told new joiners that they are going to force associates to take up the project, no matter what tech stack you want to work in! what domain do you want to work in! 

Now, you may ask why did i join them in the first place? Well, the current job market for freshers is just too bad! Graduated in may 2023, spent past 4 months trying to get an interview, but never landed any (when applied with referrals HR said they want 4+ YoE, and also the struggle to get referral. got 2 replies on an avg per 40 DMs (<500 followers) per company, that too after expiry.) In the past 1.5 years, I've cracked OAs and tech rounds of fintech like phonepe and juspay, but final rounds went south due to ghosting and a bit of politics from the college side (i know this because I had some friends working for placement officer and also i confronted that officer). Hence, 4 jobless months led me to join this organization.

Please help me structure plan to get a good offer and leave this organization in 4 months.

These days it seems like job openings are really less  . There aren't significant calls coming from naukri portal. How many of you have a similar opinion and what is your strategy/work around to this situation?

Not getting enough interview opportunities

Can anyone help me with a sde or frontend or backend developer role I'm a 2024 passout worked in a startup for 10 months. Here's my skillset C,c++,Java, Javascript,Nodejs, SQL, python , a little bit of react, 
I mostly worked on list views, redirection , data modelling using mongoose 
I worked on a project where the pharama companies can request their new license or renewal their expired license seems easy but need to pass through various checks including government and different users so how to handle all these were too hectic 
So please anyone who is ok to refer me with a decent package is appreciated.

Happy to say that finally job market is picking up and i started getting response to my applications on Naukri and have 3 interviews scheduled this month end and looking to ace it up, hope all get their jobs ASAP
