Had my offer rescinded last month due to bad market conditions. Have applied to multiple places with no luck to even get a single interview since last 40-45 days.
So, I would like to know which companies are hiring freshers, for SDE or product roles as of now.
How should I approach this situation to land a job?

Should I apply in March/April, since I can't immediately join? Is the market conducive for entry level SDE roles? Any other tips?

I have been working at my company since one year, the workplace has become too toxic due to my manager there is too much micromanagement and the pressure has gotten to me, I have tried changing teams but all in vain.

Thave tried applying to open position at various companies but not receiving calls.

Please suggest companies that are still hiring for SDE-1 position for 1 YOE.

I am a final year student currently working as SWE intern at a startup. It’s been around 8 months here. Probably they’ll give me a PPO, but since the market situations are not good I am a bit unsure about it.

So, today was my first day in corporate. Joined a company that i hate the most, the government job company. During the induction itself, I experienced shitty HR (including all their internal depts) policies and their shitty rules. They literally told new joiners that they are going to force associates to take up the project, no matter what tech stack you want to work in! what domain do you want to work in! 

Now, you may ask why did i join them in the first place? Well, the current job market for freshers is just too bad! Graduated in may 2023, spent past 4 months trying to get an interview, but never landed any (when applied with referrals HR said they want 4+ YoE, and also the struggle to get referral. got 2 replies on an avg per 40 DMs (<500 followers) per company, that too after expiry.) In the past 1.5 years, I've cracked OAs and tech rounds of fintech like phonepe and juspay, but final rounds went south due to ghosting and a bit of politics from the college side (i know this because I had some friends working for placement officer and also i confronted that officer). Hence, 4 jobless months led me to join this organization.

Please help me structure plan to get a good offer and leave this organization in 4 months.

I really need help, was laid off last month as a Software Developer. I am a recent graduate from IIIT Gwalior with 3 months full time and 1.5 year internship experience. Am actively looking for an SDE Backend role. Have been applying everywhere with referrals, still no response. It's financially draining. Any leads would be appreciated.

Hello Hyderabad. My on campus offer of 15 LPA has been revoked by the company before 15days joining and i have no option, so confused right now. College didn’t allow me to sit for other companies after i got placed in Aug 2023. Help me out guys. Any startup which is hiring for sde/related roles be it be intern/full time. Hello viners! I'm a 2023 B.Tech graduate from Tier-1 college. My offer has been delayed so I'm looking for software engineering opportunities, both full-time or internship would do. I looked a lot on LinkedIn and other job boards but most of the openings have a min. 1 year experience required.

I'm creating this post for people who are hiring freshers and for freshers who are looking for opportunities including me. I request people who have any leads to put it in the comments (startups are most welcomed). There are a lot of guys like me who are struggling so please take some time out and help us.
