All work culture is nonsense that HR creates in times of growth. These things are flushed down a toilet in times of crisis.
I don’t need TT tables or paid gourmet lunch. I need job security and a salary which is based on the amount of effort I put and impact that it creates.
This guy says hard-hitting things which I relate to.
If by burning TT, my job + no layoffs then I am in!
You can listen to him once and understand how toxic he is, every sentence he said in the above article has negativity. No wonder he thinks the TT table is a work culture.
