Joined a product based Company two months back. Company culture is great. decent pay. good policies like insurance, cab, leaves etc. But in the department I'm working at, the work is very Toxic. It's minimum 9 hours everyday (continuous stretch). and what's surprising is stress and hectic work is normalised here. No one talks about. no signs of change as well.
What all is making it toxic?
We support an ERP type of Tool for users across the globe. Constant Tickets everyday. No limit. complex issues, Everyday deadlines. On top of this there are Metrics which are hard to accomplish.
