Axis credit card

Did any of you try to close the axis Magnus card because benefits devaluation? Facing major issues where they want to charge me the annual fee even when I want to close this card which is practically worthless at this price. Also the customer care isn’t helping at all, they just keep telling they have asked concerned team to call but no one ever does. Any advice?

Has anyone got this? Every time I apply they say some error or not eligible. Dumb mfs don't give any details and can't contact them. I have many other CCs and a good score.

So I was told by the SBI rep that helped me through the process that my card was approved and I even e-signed the final docs and mentioned what address the card needs to be delivered to. However now I hear that the card has a “Return to Bank” status and the application is denied due to internal policy criteria. The IVR (automated call) says that it’s not due to credit standing. Anyone ever faced this?

I have Amazon pay ICICI, it started off well, I made all payments thru Amazon pay and good cash back but now while making payments on 3P apps, you can only use Amazon pay UPI The other card I have has is Kotak Indigo and it’s shit

First post :) Basically I want to figure out the best way to market a debit card for international spends. We're offering zero forex, unlike literally anyone else. Just need to make more people aware of this offering since it's a big selling point. What is your experience with DCs from an international spends POV? What can be done better there? Any hacks to get people talking about it? Open to ideas/thoughts/criticism/feedback!

Whats the criteria to get AXIS Magnus?

I am looking only and only for premium AXIS cc (there are no joining/renewal fee constraints). Please advise with benefits.

Hello All , I went on an international vacation and someone stole my credit card and did 2.5 L in INR worth of transactions . While I was checking in the hotel I received a mail and sms for 2 transactions which makes it 2.5L INR and 5 declined transactions of 4.8 L as the card declined the limit . I blocked the card & approached the bank to raise a dispute. I had reported this to my bank in under 4-5 hours of it happening I was told by the phone banking team that the TAT is 90 days and I will get a temporary limit till the case is solved . Simultaneously, I had reported the stolen of card and got a physical complaint to present it to the bank. Within 24 hours I received a mail from the bank that I have shared my pin and the person has used the card and also told me to make the payment to avoid the further charges. The card was tap & pay mode where you don’t require a pin. Hence , the transaction went through. PS - I did take travel insurance and have spoken to them also but I am not sure whether it will work or not as the representative said we will look into and revert. I wrote a mail to RBI to help me in this matter , can someone suggest me what else can be done ? It is causing me unnecessary stress now. What happens in the scenarios like this ?

Hopefully you must be aware by now that they have revised their t&c for their cc i know a lot of friends who used to show off their Axis Flipkart card ( it was a good one though) but now, its all over it has became a paid card with reduced reward rates and what not. Thoughts?
