Bench and notice period

Im from TCS , I got an offer letter today from citibank for the role of analyst My question is I'm currently on bench, so if I put my papers tomorrow , will I be asked to serve the 90 days notice period or will I be given an early release , They want me to join in 30 - 45 days . So I'm looking for a early release...who should I mail this about , the HR or The RMG Someone please clarify...

Hey Grapeviners, Need a professional help. So yesterday my HR reached out to me saying they want me to discontinue the job immediately because they are focusing on cost cutting. While they are hiring team of interns to do the task and eliminating full time employees. I want to know what are the options available to me as they are not giving any notice to terminate the job while it has written in employment letter that any one of us has to give 30 days notice in written or if I don’t give notice then I have to pay 3 months salary. Based on the agreement can I ask severance package if they immediately discontinue? What will be the better payment to ask in this scenario? What will be the pros and cons in this situation and how to proceed further?

Today I got a call from the HR team that I've been put on PIP. I have been on Bench for 2 months and they are doing it for Cost cutting. Furthermore they asked me to get a project in 2 months otherwise I have to self resign. My doubt is if they forced me to resign after 2 months in case I didn't get any interview calls, Will they give me notice period (3 months) salary???

What is the notice period in Accenture for the people who are in bench and is it negotiable or we have to serve 90 days mandatory? Please share your thoughts

Hi fellow infoscions, by any chance can I ask for extension of my notice period after initiating separation? I am currently released from project and on bench but I have time to continue.

I have employment bond of 1 year, I just completed 2 months here and I’m not liking the old technology (80’s technology) I’ve been assigned here. The salary is hardly sufficient to lead a basic life too. I'm getting calls from Naukri for Java backend roles where I could see myself in the future. How do I handle notice period of 3 months if I get an offer and do I really have to pay them 1 lakh as penalty if I leave ?

I have given interview in UST Global and also selected but i have mentioned that my LWD day is June 25 but i have not even resigned. Can you pls suggest how i can handle this situation and what i should say to HR.
