Best Applied ML Teams in India Focused on Actual Machine Learning Work (Except the LLM Buzz)?

Which are the most exciting teams to join in India for the applied ML work? Not looking for the mushroom-like startups which have randomly appeared after the LLM hypecycle or FAANG/MAANG, but well established teams having well defined processes around data, experimentation, deployment at scale, good software engineering practices, a tinge of research + most importantly - having some actual impactful ML use-cases where ML is not a good-to-have but a must-have thing (unlike automating the customer support tickets or building a chatbot - no hard feelings for folks working on those though ☺️). Looking for teams related to sectors like e-commerce, ad-tech, healthcare, fin-tech etc. The team can also be an offshore counterpart of any Fortune 500 giant. Name of the teams along with a brief of some of the exciting problems that you are solving will be highly appreciated - if that is not violating the IPR of your company. 😛 PS: I am Data Scientist working on real world problems in healthcare since last 3-4 yrs.
