Best books for learning sales and negotiation

Hey folks,

I'm a fresher to sales and about to start my job in a couple of months. I want to be prepared and I want to know which books can help me with a better understanding of Sales and Negotiation.

To all the veterans out there, please help me with some suggestions and any other advice that will be helpful

8 year experience in tech. Slightly above average salary. Not in top range. Want to do something on my own. Want to learn sales in a structured way. Aim is to either get a job as sales engineer. Or learn the sales process, to develop some product solution.
