I would seriously suggest to go via an agent for family medical cover. Cost would be marginally higher but it will save you all the hustle of running behind TPA approvals in an event of emergency, hospitalisation. This recommendation is basis multiple cases across multiple users.

Now when i want to know whether they are going to cover it or not they are giving me vauge answer. They asked me to send mail with proof that doc recommed for treatment .
