Hi Everybody, I am currently working at Accenture as a frontend engineer for 2 years now. I'm experiencing a very heavy work load. The CTC they are paying seems to be below market standards as well. Could anyone suggest IT companies that pay well, consider a 90 days notice period and provide better work life balance?

I have an offer from Accenture for Job level 9 (Tech consultant). CTC offered is 30% hike. 

I have good ratings, RSU and decent work life balance in Infosys. Is it worth it to switch? Is the role offered in Accenture good as per my current role?

Hello Folks ,
I need some advice making a critical decision,I recently received an offer from PWC and after my negotiation HR told me that 35 percentage of hike on my base pay is the best she can do and this take it leave offer .I took it but now my current company Accenture is ready to match this offer few people at top level are willing to offer me same as part of promotion what I will be getting in PwC will it be wise to switch to PWC even if they are able to match my offer with PWC?

I am seeing a lot of layoff related posts everywhere from news articles to LinkedIn.. Is the Job market really that bad now? Or just the media is projecting that way? 

If it's really bad, which department you think is the most affected? How's layoffs specifically in India? Or is it layoffs in US but more hiring in India due to cost cutting? 

Are layoffs in technology/engineering dept as in for developers or some other departments? Your thoughts please..

It is really bad right now 
 1. Layoffs in many of the companies, irrespective of whether they're a startup or a big MnC. 
 2. Almost everyone I know of wants to switch, because of no/less appraisals from last 2 years 
 3. Bad work life balance - people thinks switching might help 
 4. Too much competition for any open position. Because of too much supply, companies are low-balling and people would accept the offer.  
  
 Recruiters ghosting is too common. Even if you've killed in your interviews and recruiters get someone who's ready to join on less pay, they'll simply ghost you.

Which one is better in terms of work life balance, hikes and is regarding job security how Accenture is?

My manager has told me that I will not get an appraisal at all. This is because I did not have enough billable hours. What do I do? I was on bench for almost 6 months and I thought chilling is nice but this could potentially ruin my career as I can't find a job anywhere else.

I’ve got offer in Tiger analytics and Cognizant. for a data engineer, do you think I should stop at tiger analytics? or search further? I have reached my preferred salary package. Money isn’t criteria anymore. I have 2 more months of notice period.
