Job role : Packaged App Development Associate Salary: 3.44L I want to know how Accenture company is, how they treat their employees, how's the working environment in Accenture. Any kind of information would be helpful regarding Accentures.
Purely depends on what team you get into. Accenture is a service-based company, so if you get into a team with a bad manager - it can be a lot of micromanagement and ridiculous expectation.
OTOH, if you get a good manager, your life can be relatively peaceful. Folks I’ve interacted with in Accenture have a decent work life balance, but a questionable pay. It’s good to get started and use as a launchpad like any other companies. Don’t reject it if you don’t have any other offers, but once you spend 6-12 months in Accenture, evaluate your skill set development, work-life balance, quality of work and team and consider switching.
Don’t bother too much about the pay in the initial years. Once you develop some presentable skill set and have an experience, you can jump more frequently and increase your pay.
Look for better offers. That pay won't cut it if you want to save/invest. Where's the location? If it's Bangalore you can barely survive with that
