Please help me to decide
I have 4 companies to offer please help me decide which company to go. Tcs -23 TechM -26 Chubb 27 lpa Epam 29 lpa
Congrats, go with the higher offer.
Wherever I apply I get response that they are going ahead with another candidate I don't even get calls for interviews even if job description matches my profile. How are you getting call. Any suggestions I can you? Please help me on this
See this is what the problem is with some people's mindset. Ppl will ask for suggestions and help and we do try to help but when we ask for suggestions or help from the same person they don't even respond. Once their work is done from community that's it. should try to give back to community aswell. Now Imagine people with such mindset becomes your manager.
Really some corporate people's mindset is gutter now a days
These are my observations in my experience so far at work and seeing it in this community aswell now

Company doesn't matter - Go with highest one and in future you'll get expected CTC based on your current CTC so remember this things first
👏 The higher offer comes with a higher level of work pressure. Choose wisely. Also keep in mind that the company you choose today will decide & affect your career tomorrow.
I think EPAM will be good as they have remote jobs for all employees
I think no, they have 2 unit. Epam and epam anywhere. Epam asking for wfo, while epam anywhere provides a full remote.
We all would like to know your Tech stack and years of experience.Ideally you should check the work culture if it fits your work culture experience until now and your career progression. Also please let us know what strategy you followed to crack the interviews.
You can show the highest offer letter to the employers who offered you a less salary. It's the kind of marketing. And also what projects they are having and what technologies they are using. Don't go simply on salary. You should learn something new
Consider to be in TCS only when you don't need any change.....It's the Retirement Company.
