Big4 - Work related issue.

Hey everyone, I'm new to this app. Figuring out how it works. Anyway, I have recently resigned from one of the big4 firms (or let's say I was forced to resign for some reasons).

I feel traumatized after my experience and also someone who is unable to talk about her emotions easily, I do not feel good and I'm unable to talk about it. I feel helpless and scared to go back to the corporate world. Does anyone feel the same here? How did you manage to heal from a work related trauma?
