Blood test for hairfall
Hi people, so I am thinking of getting my blood tests done to see if there is any deficiency which is causing hairfall. I've had this problem for couple of years now, no shampoo/oil works on it. Please suggest me what kind of blood test should I go for if anyone has done it before. Also if you have some proven remedy for dandruff, that'd be helpful. Thank you.
Mostly....It will be vitamins deficiency. B12 deficiency is common in Indians and more common in Vegetarians. So, maybe check that

Thanks. And what about iron deficiency, I've heard that's also could be an issue
If you eat green vegetables, then don't bother about iron. Mostly, hairfall is about Vitamin D, B12 and good sleep. And genetics is another game which you can't avoid whatever you do.

Have you tried using filtered water to clean your hair instead of regular tap water

I wish I could use filtered water on a daily basis for hair wash

Don't need to wash hair with shampoo everyday anyways. Just 2-3 times a week is good enough. A glass or two of filtered water should be enough unless you have long hair.
Also might want to consider keeping hair short π
