I am a 3YoE backend dev in a Python tech stack (majorly FastAPI, Flask and a bit of Django) with databases like (MySQL, PostgresSQL, AWS RDS and MongoDB) and Cloud services(AWS and Azure DevOps) alongside Orchestration tools (Airflow). 

What do I have in the resume? And is this tech stack enough? If not, then what else do I need to upskill?

As a fresher in an IT company working as a backend developer, I am really confused with how to proceed ahead for growth in my career. 
I have two options : 

1.Learn Frontend and be Full stack dev
2. Move to devops 

I need advice which would be more feasible and why. Keeping interests aside as of now since I would be new to both domains.

Hi everyone, I am working as a ruby on rails backend engineer in a service based giant of India for past 3 years ..

Thinking of changing my role to a front-end developer (I know front-end as ruby on rails requires a good amount of front-end knowledge)

What are some things to keep in mind while changing roles, also for a 3 year experience, what salary should I expect in Bangalore/Gurgaon...?

Changing role. From backend to frontend

1) Which tech books are you currently reading. Also how do you guys manage your time among office work, personal learnings, social life, etc. It feels pretty darn hard to do so.

2) I'm a fresher working in deployment infra area i.e k8s & stuff. Any books you find interesting in this side of the things? Pls share them.

Backend Dev tips?

I have been working on Backend development with NodeJs & ExpressJs with databases like Mysql, pg, redis and rabbitmq and some parts of devops like k8s, gcp etc. for the last 3 years. Before that I was working as a C# developer for 2 years. Now I want to learn something challenging. I am done with creating websites and normal stuff.

People are recommending different things like Golang, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Elixir or anything else.

I want to get a global remote job next year. So what should I work on so that I can work accordingly. The competition shouldn't be that much and side projects should be enough to get a good job. Or give a good roadmap.

For faang devs, most of the work is a small part of a big component unless you are lucky and get to build something from scratch.
