Building a company from scratch

I am from capital markets and consulting background with 11 yrs of experience. I have been tinkering on SaaS idea and business plan for last few years for a niche product useful for CFOs. The problem is, I have zero knowledge of Tech. Can you suggest the steps to build SaaS business or some resources (articles, videos, course) that can be useful for beginner like me.

1. I am having a strong problem statement, which is thoroughly validated, along with a business plan, but I am not working or starting it as I lack confidence because I don't have a team in place. ( I am an IIM graduate and currently a product manager - giving these details just to get a sense of my background, which might help in the type of suggestions from your side). 2. I have worked in startups for 6 years now(Product Manager role); and recently applied for 1-year MBA programs in UK. Got in Queen’s University, University of Liverpool, Birmingham and a few others. I resigned a few months ago because company was putting people on PIP instead of layoff and severance payments. I am not working at the moment. Eventually I did not go for MBA - thought it’s foolish to spend 30lakhs for a Masters Stamp on my portfolio. People generally to for MBA to move into another domain; and mostly product. I am thinking of a few conventional businesses now or a job overseas. I do not have a Tier 1/2 college degree. What would you have done?

Hi Guys , I am currently looking to start my online MBA from manipal. I need advice on the same whether it helps in my career or not .( The ultimate goal is to either start my business in 5 years or go abroad and work in a MNC). I am 23. But job is not ment for me tbh 😔. Have a business background but it's not stable that's why joined corporate for get some money for ok life. Please need guidance like a big brother on whether I should not do it or start with it ( Btech background not interested in coding as such). Or any other life advice! Thanks

Is it okay for a tech enthusiast to not be interested in hands on coding full fledged or maybe not be an expert at it. I feel that if I give more time and effort in learning new stuffs and tech, I can excel at my job as a software engineer and even upskil myself but after 4-5 years, I still love to learn things and be updated about latest tech and do projects of my own but at a lesuirely pace without the anxiety about job or any interview.. But since I was in school I had too much interest towards business, ideas, startups and now that I am 28, i feel i really want to take that leap of faith with my entrepreneurial journey. I have couple of ideas I am quite passionate in the FMCG domain and couple ideas for tech based as well. From my heart, i always am into tech whether with job or jobless. But I don't like hardcore coding and stuff now.. Kind of done with it.. So my question is, has anyone else felt the same? Has anyone from tech sector plunged into FMCG sector with zero knowldge about that sector? Has anyone with average knowledge in tech industry tried to build a hardcore startup around tech by hiring someone else? Please share your experiences and advice and not from success stories of Rags to Riches that even I can find on Google😂

I am a graduate from a tier-1 engineering college and will be starting out with a job in a few months at a financial services MnC in an analyst role. I am looking to build some income streams apart from my salary over the next few years and wanted to gain some freelancing skills to build an online business but am confused about where and how to start. I've seen people working on software projects and stuff like digital marketing but can't really picture myself in similar roles. I'm not a techie, my interest lies mainly in finance and business but I'm fine with exploring and venturing into something new as well. Would be great if someone who has done it in the past can please guide as to what can be some promising skills to gain and how to go about it.
