Business Analyst Skills

I'm having around 3y+ exp and my skills will be around requirements gathering, user story writing, test case preparation and UAT.

I'm getting around 3.6 lpa fixed in Chennai what are the skills I have to learn to earn more and what companies I can apply.

On going through YouTube, most of the folks talking about data analytics it's not relevant to me.
