Business Paradox
If a business sells better quality, long lasting products, it would mean people buying less often. For certain businesses where the demand is stagnating, it would mean less sales in terms of volume and revenue in the longer run. Example- Mobiles which used to last for 2 years earlier now easily last for more than 4 years. We just see incremental improvements these days so people won't find enough merit in buying a new phone.
