@manish You would need to source sugarcane, for this you can connect with existing sellers of sugarcane in the city.
Since, it is a commodity. There isn’t a lot of pricing power. Ask around and negotiate. Start small and then scale to enjoy economies of scale.
Start by one outlet and sit for a month. Make adjustments to your pricing and recipe.
Once that is done, hire someone and standardise your process. Now, the guy’s job is to emulate your recipe.
You should do this and repeat for atleast 6 months. Once, that is done. You will have a sound idea of the sugarcane business. From pricing to procurement costs, you will have an idea on how to optimise costs.
Then, work on building an online presence and follow the freewater.io playbook. Basically, reach out to local businesses and sell them ad spaces on the bottles.
