Yes, they've had bad acquisitions, and the big losses were accounting those acquisitions as well.
The fraud is that even after 10 months since fy23 ended, they haven’t been able to publish their results. For context, listed companies need to publish the result of their previous quarter with in 60-75 days of the quarter end. And then they do selective leaks which paid media picks up and publishes. What’s the point of talking about revenue without corresponding loss Byjus is 10x worse than Ashneer chor and I can’t wait for the day when he is behind the bars
