CRM guy to hire!

Hi everyone, A very close friend of mine is looking for CRM/Growth Marketing Roles. He has 8 years of experience in the same organisation but now feels he really needs to move out. Posting this here because we’re not hearing back as the salary expectation of 8YOE in bracket must appear really high. But he’s currently at 10 fixed + 7 LPA which he really wants to build onto. Its sad how people keep old employees for 8 years at the same compensation but for newer <1YOE folks they are spending 18 LPA with no variables. My friend really needs one chance to make it count!
