 If not, then low ctc.  
 If yes, then very low ctc.

Depends on old iit vs new as well. But still quite low.  
 Should be around 30 as any decent product based company would pay that for a sde2 with 3 yoe.

Joining bonus: 3.25 lpa

Is this a good salary as compared to what other companies give to SDE freshers from IITs? Please share your thoughts. Thank you.
