CTC correction

I believe i am underpaid. I am total 8 years experienced and 6years experienced in current role. It’s been 2.5 years in cisco and drawing only ~18LPA. What should be the corrected ctc here ? Please help.

I didn't know Cisco underpays this much to some folks. 8 years should get you more than 40lpa easily
