Is anyone here familiar with the ERP cloud org? How are the learning opportunities there, and what about career growth? Hello everyone, I'm currently seeking some advice on a significant career decision I'm facing. I'm presently working at Walmart in Bengaluru with the following package: Total CTC: 32 LPA Fixed: 22 LPA Bonus: 5 LPA Stocks: 5 LPA (vested over 4 years) Recently, I've received an offer from Oracle, (Senior Applications Engineer) also in Bengaluru, with a fixed CTC of 34 LPA. While the package is slightly higher, my primary motivation for considering a change is to relocate to Hyderabad. Dilemma: Accept the Offer: Be on notice period and keep looking for more opportunities in Hyderabad. If I don't find a suitable position in Hyderabad during the notice period, join Oracle in Bengaluru and adapt to the new company. Reject the Offer: Continue my search for opportunities in Hyderabad while staying at Walmart. Key Considerations: Relocation to Hyderabad: This is my top priority. Package: While the Oracle offer is better, I would have preferred something around 40 LPA to make a definite move. Questions: Is it worth accepting the Oracle offer and continuing my job search during the notice period? Should I reject the offer and focus solely on finding opportunities in Hyderabad? Is there a possibility Oracle might agree to a location change to Hyderabad, especially if I negotiate? Looking forward to your insights and advice. Thank you!

Hi guys I recently got offer from these 2 companies. I needed suggestion on which one to join. YOE - 3.5 Given that - Oracle cloud - 1. Provides WLB 2. Wfh / hybrid. Mostly WFH 3. A bit less learning opportunity 4. Fair pay 5. Job security is more here Coinbase - 1. Exceptionally good pay 2. Bad WLB 3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well. 4. Competitive bar is more high Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase. Please correct me if I am wrong in any of the above points. TC - Oracle OCI 41 base 8 Joining bonus 16lacs RSUs per year with yearly vesting CTC - 61LPA Coinbase Base pay 42.80 Other compensation 7.2 RSU - 22 lacs per year with quarterly vesting

Hi Guys, Recently I cracked Oracle, however, I want to explore more opportunities. I am applying to jobs but not getting any reverts from other employers. Reason being I think I am getting low balled on offer. After trying and applying to about 100 jobs and getting rejected few silly things coming to ky mind like below - I was thinking to post on my linkedin that I cracked Oracle interview so that people notice me (Not sure if its a good move as of now). Will it help if I mention this Oracle offer when reaching out to recruiters. Any tips how can I attract recruiters to my profile? P.S. - I have 80 days remaining of my notice as of today

Currently getting interviewed at Oracle for Software Developer 2 and would probably make it. My current ctc is ~ 9 lpa. However, not sure upto how much hike can I get on this. Any clues. I have 4 yoe and my interview rounds went great.
