I am currently working as a Distinguished Engineer at a Series B funded startup in Bangalore. Can't disclose the company name. I am responsible for complete architecture, design, implementation, quality standards and processes of multiple products. Due to intolerable cultural issues, I need to switch soon. Any leads towards MNCs/Startups hiring for Distinguished Engineer, Senior Distinguished Engineer, CTO, VP of Engg, Principal Engineer, or Senior Principal Engineer will be helpfull. If the interview process involves more of architecture and design discussions rather than leetcode hard, that is excellent.
I am not focussed on hike and looking around my current compensation of 150LPA base.  YoE 25. I am fine with any domain. Tech stack: Golang, C++, Python and all latest large scale distributed systems technologies.

I had an online test with some mcqs and 2 dsa questions. 1 was easy and the other was medium.

Kindly note candidates will have 2 rounds of technical discussion and 1 HR round

Hi Guys,
I am attending an interview process for Lead Data Science. I want to know the previous experiences with to improvise my interview experience. 
The company having 5 rounds and each round is an elimination (the scary part).

First round is DSA and Data Science fundamental. Where I have learnt DSA 5years ago and now I’m out of practice. For Data Science it might be more like ML (I assume). 

Second round is System Design, which will be more on designing system and scalability 

Third round is more off Technical And Managerial around.

4th round is managerial round 

5th round is HR discussion 

I want to know where to prepare for all the rounds and what’s the efficient way to prepare for it.

Interview process and questions

Gave an interview for Product Ops at Cred. Didn't convert, but the overall experience was great: 

1. HRs were empathetic and helpful - called after a week to give detailed feedback (covered what they liked, didn't like, what they were expecting)
2. Interviewer was also nice and keen to know more about my experience 

They were expecting a good understanding of growth and metrics, and I didn't have much experience with that, so I got rejected, but overall, it was an excellent experience. 

I have been putting all my recent bad interview experiences here, so why not also put a good one! :)
