Anybody working in McKinsey Bangalore(Tech)? How's your experience working here? What are the perks and how's the culture?

Can someone from KGS move to KI without management intervention? If yes, please guide how. Currently I am working in the Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance team.

Need suggestions on whether to go for KPMG India (LIGHTHOUSE). Will there be a good technology to work and work life balance unlike what I heard about NO wlb and the tech is lil old. Or should I consider some other product based offer if I have in hand which provides wlb.
