I get too excited when i have to work with large chunks of data on a spreadsheet to formulate results out of it.

I'm in my 4th semester and my college is providing internships in companies like IGT,concentrix,BT as a customer sales executive🥸. Should I do that internship for 2,3 months? Hi I am looking to up-skill and have been looking up various data science courses. To boot- I am into credit underwriting and risk management. Recently have joined a fintech in risk. 
Since underwriting risk entails a lot on economy data and industry data and understanding the underlying patterns i believe it is pivotal, I understand the data parlance. 
So hence looking for suitable courses.

I took up a job as an operations analyst at a series b funded startup. Worked on internal tools + gsheets + SQL(basic select queries). Became expert of this internal tool but realised the skill and knowledge isn’t transferable. 

Got promoted to project analyst within a year and started handling internal teams + client comm. gave 1 year to this position. Currently at 8LPA

Now I am looking to switch and unable to understand which way should I go. 
Have interest in business strategy + data related work.

I have about 5 years of experience working in sales for both product and service companies (startups and MNC). However, in the long run I don't want to be in sales. I want to eventually move into something where my work has some sort of impact. Can be: product management, business strategy, internal or client consulting or maybe something else which I'm not sure of. As I'm in the middle of taking a break currently to figure this out, I want to understand how I can transition into these roles without a master's degree? Is it practically possible?
