Just a curious question, do Talent Acquisition peeps need to learn dsa and all in all companies.

No, TA peeps are not required to learn any hands-on tech skills. Just surface level knowledge is enough to screen resumes and source profiles. However, I have learnt all of these in my engineering days, although requires rigorous revision of the same. I hope this answers your question.

Exploring Career Options: Seeking Advice

So I am currently working on mainly Python and SQL. I was thinking of upskilling but I am confused whether I should go full stack role maybe learn react or should I go data engineer role and learn big data. I have worked with ETL software’s such as snowflake and Databricks.

I want to switch job but looks like no one is hiring for someone who only knows python and sql.(though major work is on sql only )

Hi, I am 28 YO currently working in a non-tech role. In few next years I completely want to switch to tech role (preferably SDE) for myriads of reasons but number one being my logical skills and and my love for creation. 
How should I start working on my skills? 
Currently I am in a foreign language profile and I have heard from my friends in UK that being bilingual really helps people in tech field. 
Please suggest ways for getting the degree or skills or both.

I'm working in service based company in worst tech (acc to me ). There are not enough projects still they hire so many freshers .

Current now I'm  1 year 3 months exp

I'm doing self study of data engineer and done some decent project .

Should I plan for internal switch or look for outside opportunities.
Will I get atleast mid senior role outside?(im planning after 2 years exp)
I don't wanna start again in entry level.

What checklist should I follow to successful switch.
I didn't get any hike for my first year( that's y I'm planning all this)
