In the future I want to work as a data engineer again, will switching from data analytic role make any problem in future?

I've been an Oracle Database Administrator handling databases and exadata, data guard, performance tuning (not so great at it), little bit of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure as well and typical DBA tasks including tablespace reorganization, migrations, etc. for the last 3 years. 

Now I'm thinking about transitioning into a Data Engineer/Data Analyst roles as it seems it is having a more lucrative future ahead.

I'm good at doing DBA things but I'm doubtful about this considering the future scope of this as there isn't much a DBA has to do in databases as most of the work is handled by Database itself but I have an interest in it and getting calls from other companies as well for the same role.

Is DBA a really good career option considering the future and the compensation?

Or exploring or gaining skills in data engineering/analyst has more benefit?

Also, what would be the best among Data Engineer/Data Analyst/AI,ML Engineer?

I had a discussion for role change with manager but forcing to work here for 1year and they will release me. I couldn't cope up with this environment and hating to go to work everyday. Decided to resign. Can I get any referrals. I have overall 3 years experience in IT industry in which 2 years as a Data engineer. I am interested in Data engineer or Data analyst role. I have been applying for data analyst and junior data scientists role for the last 3 months but not getting enough response. I apply for more than 20+ jobs on daily basis lekin tab bhi kuch nhi ho rha hai. I have built 2 project on ML, 1 on NLP and 3-4 good project on data analytics. I graduated in May 2023 then I decided to learn Data science ( uske pehle bhi college me 3-4 mahine thoda padha tha) now I have so many doubts regarding my career and rejection
- Just because I'm fresher that's why they are not choosing me ??
- I'm from non-tech ( Bsc) .. isiliye
- or current job market hi accha nhi hai 

Ab to kabhi kabhi apne decision pr regret bhi hota hai.

To solve the experience issue I have decided to do a decent marketing job (only for 6-7months) so that I can show it in my CV aur kuch savings bhi kr lu.

Please guide me if you guys have any advice for me.

I am a final year cse student,got.placed as an associate data scientist/engineer at tredence analytics at 12lpa,I was trying for backend roles but couldn't get in as i used to get rejected after reaching the last round due to 1-2 intake bcz of recession.
My joining is in August i tredence,should i keep my quest for switching to backend roles after working in tredence or move forward in data engineering as this role also looks very promising (I know my question is very subjective but i am okay with either roles as long as I am able to increase my package as money has been the only source of motivation till now for me , coming from a middle class family)
How easy is it to shift to backend roles after being  in data roles?

Data analyst (1.5 yoe) working mostly in query developments and power bi here. Can't hope for further growth in my current company (too much hierarchy). Currently brushing up python skills to boost up my resume. Any suggestion from experienced folks is highly appreciated.

Need suggestions to make a switch in data domains.

I'm currently a Data Analyst with 6 months of experience. I would like to get into AI/ML and Robotics field.

Planning to transition from my current role next year. I'm not sure whether I should become a Software engineer (preferably Backend) or ML Engineer or some Data Science role.

I'm currently in Bangalore. Open to relocating to any state (or even country).

In the longterm, I want to do something that has both software and hardware in it.
