Career in Robotics

My brother is good with robotics, drones and stuff. He has been creating around it since his 5th standard. Though he is from Tier 3 college and now he is in final year. Leaving all that behind he started studying DSA. I am into software development. But I would like to know where he can apply for robotics and the stuff. I didn't find much openings. He has exceptional skills when it comes to hardware and building prototypes. Any recommendations will help. I want him to follow his dreams and not to be just another software developer. Thanks!
