Hi guys I recently got offer from these 2 companies. I needed suggestion on which one to join. YOE - 3.5 Given that - Oracle cloud - 1. Provides WLB 2. Wfh / hybrid. Mostly WFH 3. A bit less learning opportunity 4. Fair pay 5. Job security is more here Coinbase - 1. Exceptionally good pay 2. Bad WLB 3. Chances of getting fired if not performed well. 4. Competitive bar is more high Also if someone over here can tell how is the work culture at coinbase. Please correct me if I am wrong in any of the above points. I've been verbally notified by databricks that I've been selected for the software Engineer role. Most of the team members are in the US. HR asked about my expectations and I said at least 30% increment over my current salary. I think I messed up here and I don't want to get low-balled.
