I have recently been offered Architect/Tech Lead position at TCS. I did some research and found I might get C3A level. I will be working on AI ML Domain (Generative AI). How much salary Can I Negotiate for I am currently have 20 LPA salary (17 fixed). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I recently posted about a small achievement in my career, I got an amazing offer post being laid-off and wait time of 4 months. Still few comments were “TC and GTFO” is this a Gen Z slang or they are unhappy that others are getting happiness in their life and sharing it here.

I'm trying to break the cycle of procrastinating on interview prep. I know I need to put in the work to ace the interview, but somehow I keep putting it off until the last minute. I'm annoyed with myself after every rejection, and I know I need to change my ways. Does anyone have any advice on how to stop procrastinating? current CTC: 35lpa

Hello Grapeviners, What is with Indian recruiters wanting to know your CTC as the very first step of hiring? And when asked to share the ctc range in which the role falls, they refuse to share. So basically they just want to lowball candidates based on their current CTC and parity is a joke? Now If a recruiter denies sharing the range for the role and insists on knowing my CTC, I run! What are your thoughts?
