Company ruining employee future

My senior just got fired for questioning his low appraisal from company.The guy literally build all the backend ,infrastructure and all. From which they are making money. Management said _ we don't have work for you here.And then when he said ok fine iam quitting they didint even give him 2 months notice period. He was asked to leave that day only. The Management is not even giving him 4 yr experience letter . Telling he didint serve notice period. His stack are angular, php,llm models. One of the smartest guys I have met. So group if u guys have a refrel please reply. He is expecting from 14_20lacs.

Hired for new tech stack made permanently to work on tech stack people want to migrate from i.e php when this is not what you have given interview for. And your prev work history was in new tech stack. Context: Client put us all is us into PHP temp project(now seems like permanent) he didn't like us so now hiring for new ppl on that tech stack is going on making us a side ppl. BTW this picky client doesn't have roadmap. No work. Client got his fav child(internal hire he is asked to work on the project while we pushed into maintenance work php project) My TL is going to resign soon about to get an offer. Even he doesn't want to continue with this shit.

So it's that time of the year when variable payouts are being processed. Everyone’s excited, checking their bank accounts. I get the email from HR - "Your annual bonus is..." I open it It’s enough to buy me a nice lunch I go to my boss and ask him about it He says "We had a tough year, need to tighten our belts" I look at his belt - it’s designer Meanwhile, I’m tightening mine to skip meals. I said "Thanks" and left. He says "Keep up the good work" I leave the meeting room and start Googling jobs - CONFESSED NO ONE

But, now I feel that 3 LPA salary is not at all possible to survive in Bangalore or anywhere. I tried to talk to my manager but he talked to me in so rude way about my appraisal way that the project budget is too low. So I resigned from capgemini and now I am serving notice period and actively looking for new opportunities . I have tried few companies it not getting any positive reply. I was working on Infrastructure and operations domain so please if you have any job openings in your organisation. Please refer me or give me any advise where I can join. Hi All, I would like to know some opinions here. My friend is working in an Z company, He has 3 years of experience as a Software developer.Recently the company hikes weren’t good. Its not to do with recession, but it got merged with another company whose hike % as per there policies are generally low. His work is also kind of getting saturated and he was complaining of toxicity of management as well. So he decided to resign as the notice period was 3 months, and if he get a job offer no one’s going to wait for him for 3 months. Hence i supported his decision, as 3 months is a good amount of time for preparation and getting an offerNow at the worst case if he did not find a job in these 3 months, will it become more difficult after that, is having a little gap of no work is bad these days?? What do you guys think?? play safe or dare to leap?
