Confused about the work environment

I am currently working at a product based startup as a full stack developer (Spring Boot + React Native) with 1 year and 3 months as a full time employee and 8 months as a backend developer intern in the same company. I am also handling their website (React JS) and DevOps. How much salary can I expect if I change my job rn. I prefer Backend development for the new job. Reason for Job change: The product we are building is pretty big and only 2 developers are there (one react native developer and me). I have to work 6 days (9hrs a day including breaks) and overtimes too. Also have to work on multiple projects on same time

I’m a final year student based out of India, and am currently doing the last month of my internship at a SF based startup. As the only DevOps engineer, and being quite skilled at at (at least according to myto YoE), I was getting paid around 2 LPA per month as a part time intern for the past 6 months. I recently got another 3 month internship offer from a foreign company, and I’m taking it since I don’t want to get stuck at remote job in India, and explore some abroad companies as well before I settle. Pay there is also quite good, but I don’t wish to take FTE there as I have to live in India only (family reasons, rural background, younger siblings and their study, etc.) Now when I finally start my job hunt in the final days of my winter internship, what should be the pay I expect from Indian / Remote companies? Considering I was getting paid a fair amount as mentioned above even in a part time role. Or was I overpaid and I should keep my expectations low or equal to it in a Full Time Role?

I have joined a startup as Backend Developer Intern. I get a stipend of 6K/ Month. They said they will offer full time position after internship, but the salary will be 10-12K. The only good thing is I am directly working on a live project. I am making REST APIs there. I have 5 months of time. What should I do? Should I learn react or should I learn backend concepts more deeply. I am also planning to apply for jobs side by side. Give your valuable thoughts on what should I do?

I am currently working in a startup for 2 years as a software developer (Java backend + React Native Frontend + handling aws deployment). I am mostly concentrated on the backend side. How much salary should I be expecting on a new job?

I'm working as a Frontend developer (SDE-1) with 1.5yoe, I joined this startup 4 months back. Earlier I was getting paid 9lpa and later I was offered 12lpa without even asking for my previous compensation. I accepted because my earlier organisation was very toxic. Now coming to the point, I came to know that for the same level and same role they're paying 16+lpa. And this is making me mad at them. Within 3 months I'm handling 1 of their 2 products (customer facing) all alone. And I'm doing great work tbh (not boasting) but if they have 10 major features. I have developed 4 of them all alone, solved really critical down time bugs and improved the product. Now I own this product and if any bugs come, I'm the person who's assigned the work. I want to have a chat with the Founder but I'm not sure what to say and he's a guy who will try to save the money at all costs. I'm really mad at this point of time and I'm planning to leave in a few months. If I have a chat with him and he says something harsh, I will resign then and there I'm triggered to this level. And there was no kind of appreciation from them, I'm taking most tickets during the sprints and delivering quality code, communicating well and thinking in terms of product, if there is anything which can be improved I ask from them. How do I have a chat with him and what do I say? Current CTC - 12lpa Expected CTC - 16 - 20lpa YOE- 1.5 (planning to have the call around 3-4 months later), so I will be almost 2 yoe by then.

I work in a few months old as a software developer. In a startup . Being Only employee. The CTO left some days back. Pay is decent . Around three year of exp. However I don’t feel like learning anything having no senior in tech background. Also working there isn’t motivating at all. Since the founder are basically getting a tech product made and then keeping on adding features, rather than selling already what’s been made. Make me work all days including Saturdays. I am preparing dsa for whatever 1-2 hrs i get but I dont like doing my job. Since market is bad and ive been out of touch with DSA, I am not able to decide whether to quit and prepare for a job full fledged or keep whatever’s going going. These people have also said they will try this project for max 6 months if nothing works.

I am a DevOps Engineer in a series C funded startup. My current compensation is 40LPA, which included 38LPA fixed, and 2LPA performance bonus. I want to understand what my realistic expectations should be if I look out for another job. I am open to all types of companies, be it a MNC or a well established startup. I can be wrong by a huge margin, but I was expecting somewhere around 75LPA CTC with 70LPA fixed, given the fact that my promotion is due this upcoming December and I am expecting atleast 20% hike on my current CTC and in hand compensation. What are your thoughts on this. And if possible, can you guys also tell me what I should be prepared for if I get an interview opportunity for a senior level DevOps Engineer.

Hi everyone , I graduated this year in May from an IIT but from an earth science branch . I have around 1 year of experience as an intern in different companies, including as a Japanese AI company . In college, I have a very low GPA ( < 6.5), so on campus was practically impossible ( I did get an offer :) ) .In my final semester, I worked at a service based company based out of Germany as an intern, which hired indian devs ( you know why ). So, I got an offer from them around 20 LPA( all base) remote. Culture is good, no micromanagement or odd working hours, and people are helpful. I work around 45 hours per week .But They have fried 4 dev in the last 3 months citing 'lack of ownership'. I tried to get an offer from other companies but couldn't find much success due to market conditions and branch .I have been working for around 5 months, managing a social app in react native and expo that was created when I was intern . I code and handle other tasks like creating tickets, scoping requirements, and reviewing intern code. I also work on Backend, Database, and a react based web app, too sometimes. I have a feeling that as the product is mvp, I am not working on scale, and nobody cares about optimization for all large scales or complex devops,design patterns, or even basic caching . Instead, we really on managed services like codebuild or fargate, which I do handle most of the time I will ask for suggestions from experienced folks that what should I do in this case should I actively try for new role or put effort in my job. ( Company is encouraging new dev to learn new stuff different from the regular job , for me, it's caching for this quarter ) Thanks for your time

I'm a Software Engineer (Golang Developer) with 2+ YOE. my CTC is 10 LPA. 8L fixed + 2L performance bonus. am I being underpaid? considering the current market situation, I'm afraid to make a switch. what if another organisation does a layoff? PS: I also want to know which companies hires go developers in Delhi NCR only.
