What are the pros and cons if Congress comes into power?

All in all, a manifesto with no solid agenda. Every detail is mostly based on getting more voters. Nothing mentioned about development or some strong decisions. Congress is still doing the same old Divide & Rule.
Not expecting much from BJP manifesto because they seem to have some big decisions but are hesitant to show it before elections. That kind of secrecy may backfire.
Agree. Regarding infrastructure and economy no details are given. Also they are taking 1991 as the base year as if people do not remember the 2g scam. They just want to repel everything put by the incumbent government . Not a convincing manifesto.
