Consulting exit

Currently at a startup, what are great exit options for 40l+ CTC (2 yoe Consulting+Startup). Also if anyone hiring- let me know.

2 weeks back, I have decided to resign my current job and take plunge as a consultant / freelancer working w.r.t GenAI use cases... I have plans of joining my mentor who does this kind of service w.r.t mobile and webapp for almost 15 years as a one man company. I feel like I will be getting out of zoo into a wild forest any advices is of great help and any leads who are in need of such help will of immense help. Thanks in advance

Hello good folks of grapevine, I am very confused with my situation right now. I am currently working at a consumer tech unicorn in a strategy role but really burnt out with the working environment. I have no clarity on my roles and responsibilities which keeps changing every week. I am not learning much either. I am planning to quit without any offer in hand (notice period is 2 months, I have enough to survive 5-6 months). I am an IIT-IIM graduate (old ones). Total YOE ~ 4.5 years across strategy consulting, project management and strategy at current startup. Please suggest. Folks who have quit without any offer in hand, how did it work out for you?

I want to work and gain some on site experience in the Indian startup’s. Anyone here who know good startup’s companies in Bangalore which can provide good pakages and I can gain a good experience with a better environment.

I’m a staff engineer at a FAANG company. It’s a glorified TPM role with a bit of product and broad technical understanding. Honestly, I’m bored. What are some of the good companies in Bangalore where I could apply? I’ve been out of the job market for a very long time (8+ years)

Graduated from a Tier 1 MBA, got into a rando role very early on during placement (think Day0). Totally messed up job change during covid (pay reduction), and suffered more with family issues. I am probably earning a lot lesser than my average batchmate, and not at a good designation (or skills) either. Trying to get back on track with my career via consulting or Category role in startups. Need advice on how to get there. Getting rejected by most consulting cos (even big4) and startups on online portals while applying.

I'm working in TCS for 1yr and benched entirely. I'm fed up now and looking for a job/internship in startups. Do u guys think that I should quit immediately or leave after getting a offer? And what do u all think about TCS pay of 23k per month for entry level associates?

We are a digital marketing agency focused on helping startups (funded). We are currently remote with the team spread across the country. I'm contemplating moving base to Bangalore - a lot of folks say that Bangalore is the place to be for my business. Need some real advice, would me being physically present in Bangalore help my business? Do startups prefer Bangalore based agencies vs other city/remote agencies?
