Why do people act surprised when seeing this?. This is regular hotel industry. The only way to discipline them is by not eating outside.

Bro, everything is shit on these dark stores, cloud kitchens and even restaurants. You want to make your local kirana obsolete by saving some time, you'll be able to. But then be ready to waste your time and money in the hospital.
