Eatsure app experiences
How is your experience been using eatsure app, I have been using it for one week, prices are much cheaper for same food via Zomato of this cloud kitchen. Good varieties also Now coming to in app experiences, I feel it needs a lot of refinement, it send a lot of unnecessary notification till order completion and beyond. Also once you switch from swiggy and zomato in app experience, you can feel the difference and it makes me appreciate the hard work of all the engineers and team to make such seamless experience. I think eat sure can do better and is a good option but it certainly can do better in app experience and PM needs to work to create better user journey in this. Would be happy to know your experiences and how do you see review this app
👀 They run their brands from a dilapidated cloud kitchen / we had a food truck near our house
Once you see that, all these branding go to waste.
P.S. They have a above average cheesecake. So yea good points for that
I like all the brands of eat sure.
The quality is way better than previous years.
Zomato is taking ~35% + commission. Giving this directly to cloud players improves quality etc. It's a win win.
App and other things I can compromise once in a while.
Zomato these days delivers in 40+ minutes and takes delivery charges if you don't have gold. Plus platform fees.
Unless you are a power user no point.
