Databricks India offer
I've been verbally notified by databricks that I've been selected for the software Engineer role. Most of the team members are in the US.
HR asked about my expectations and I said at least 30% increment over my current salary. I think I messed up here and I don't want to get low-balled.
So I just want to know how much databricks are offering in India.

Databricks top everyone. 40 LPA(all base+everything) you won’t like when you will know people CTC(base+rsu) is just twice of that :).
They rarely call someone who isn’t googler or from IIT cse in india at < 5 yrs.

What exact role is this for ? When I had talked with them they said their budget was at Max 37 lpa , so I didn't interview
How did you apply? I have 3yoe with Python, AWS, React

Databricks can pay very high 7 figures for your experience if your interviews went well.

Depends on the level. I think 60-75L TC is possible. Databricks is a paymaster , though they along with Snowflake have cutthroat culture with little WLB
