I have received the offer letter from Delloite USI today of 16LPA fixed + 10% variable pay. Now I have offer from Delloite, Accenture and TCS they are offering 16LPA +10% variable pay, 14LPA + 21% and 15LPA respectively. Which one should I join ?
WLB is project dependent but Accenture is not forcing employees below manager level to come to office
