Hey, I went through L1 interview at Deloitte for the position Risk Assurance - IT&SA. L1 was pretty good and interviewer said to prepare SAP GRC more on 2nd round as well.
Its been 2 days since interview and no updates of further rounds.
How many days should I wait to get an update and what would be the 2nd round if selected (technical or managerial round)?

I just cant handle the pressure and the stress in this role. I am working so hard that I have ZERO work life balance.  The entire day just goes in meetings and meetings.  I think that I don't know anything and am extremely worried about my future. 

The work pressure is a lot here, deadlines are too tight and I have been vomiting from stress at night.
The worst part is, Deloitte never pays for over time.

Anyone else feeling this in other Big4s? I want to switch ASAP or I will die here.

My husband is working for deloitte for last 5 years. and as they mostly have US projects i have noticed they are expected to work late in night along with their regular normal day shift. but they are not compensated in any way for the overtime or shift payment.
The onshore managers are Indians and they dont have any empathy towards offshore team.
With these long working hours he got issue with spinal cord this year making him on bed rest for a whole month. He has recovered by very fragile. i worried working like this if continues it can relapse and worse things can happen.
How can i convince my husband to leave the job? he is so depressed he dont even want to apply outside or prepare his resume as well.
is this trend normal for all USI projects? is everyone working 19-20 hrs?

I attended an HR interview last Friday and got a Letter of intent on Monday. When will I be receiving an offer Letter. It's been five days. So I just wanted to know when I'll be receiving an offer letter.

Hi, I gave interview in Deloitte on 22nd April but I dint get any update after that. Later I called HR to know my update, on 2nd May he confirmed that I’m selected & my name is freezed in system as selected and hiring is freezed for my position. But he said that further communication will happen after 10 days only so around 10th may HR will call for further process he mentioned. Does Deloitte takes so much of time to release offer letter?? Any idea about how many days does deloitte take to release offer letter?

I have an offer of both Deloitte and kpmg. Kpmg is paying higher than Deloitte. Which company i should prefer and please explain why if possible
