3rd party company is saying you can be absorbed in Deloitte based on your performance.
Also you will get similar perks from Deloitte which is given to on role employees.

Hi, I gave interview in Deloitte on 22nd April but I dint get any update after that. Later I called HR to know my update, on 2nd May he confirmed that I’m selected & my name is freezed in system as selected and hiring is freezed for my position. But he said that further communication will happen after 10 days only so around 10th may HR will call for further process he mentioned. Does Deloitte takes so much of time to release offer letter?? Any idea about how many days does deloitte take to release offer letter?

I just got an offer from Deloitte USI in Chennai for the role of a Workday Integration Consultant. I’m pretty excited about it, but I have a few questions before I make my decision.

	•	How’s the Workday practice there? Is it well-established? What kind of projects are you working on?
	•	What’s the work-life balance like? Are the hours manageable? Do you get time for yourself and your family?
	•	Annual appraisal percentages? How are the hikes and bonuses? Is the appraisal process fair and transparent?
	•	Certification process? How much time does Deloitte USI take to get us certified, and how many certifications will we be able to obtain?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who’s been there or knows about it. Your insights could really help me out!

I'm positive about an offer letter from Deloitte in a couple of days, can anyone share the expected pay range in this company for a 9.5yrs experienced candidate as per current market standard. 

Tech stack - Java backend developer (Microservices) + Cloud native + ci-cd tools etc..
CCTC - 16lpa..
ECTC - what % can I ask.?
Note - 2 rounds of tech Interview went pretty well 8.5/10.
