Deloitte India denied me an offer as I already had one from Deloitte USI. The HR said that given that I already have an offer from USI they can't roll out an offer even though I have cleared all the rounds . What a Joke! Both the rounds were going on parallel and took over 2 months to complete. How am I supposed to control any of this

They had asked. Didn't wanted to lie in case they have integrated HR system
You could have said I don't want to share. And FYI there is no integrated system for this.

I have parallel offers from Deloitte USI and India. The joining date is also the same. How can I differentiate the communication that it is from India or USI.
After all rounds cleared successfully during HR discussion for offer she told they can't offer more than my current. If that was the case why can't they inform initially before taking interview.
