Design folks of grapevine, where do i find some good prototypes?

I have an idea that I want to work on, it’s not unique but solves a real world problem. While I can sort out the end to end implementation from engineer side of things, currently struggling with “designers block” (not sure if that’s a thing, but you get my point). I have very basic design, but i feel a good design can bring the app to life. Here are my thoughts- - Tried looking on dribble but mostly people leave one or two screenshots and that too without the figma/prototype. - where do you guys take inspiration from while working on any new idea? - Considering I want to hire someone, what would be an approximate cost of an app of 8-10 screens. (apologies in advance, this might sound stupid but not sure how designer charge) - Considering I want to learn/improve stuff, where do i start? have worked with figma and xd in past, can draft an average UI.

Finding it very hard to get a job 😶

Hey everyone, I am a Junior FE Dev (from my prev work title coz my exp is 1YoE). Have been working extensively on React.JS and Redux. My previous company was great. I was loving it. Sadly a few months ago, I was laid off. I still don't know the reason behind why I was one of the laid off people. Anyway, I moved on from that depression and started searching for a new job from last month. Made it to final rounds in pretty much every interview I sat for. But then got rejected in final round for crazy reasons including "we currently don't have funds to hire you". One of them even said they are on hiring freeze, literally in the final round 🥲. Haven't been able to get a job anywhere. I don't know if my skills aren't enough to be hired or is it something else. "What's hot in FE right now ? Like what skills can fetch me a job ?" - Started asking this myself as well as some of my good friends, but they say don't learn skills for getting job, learn it for yourself. Though it's true, I don't have much savings to support myself for atleast a month. So, I have to get into a job to keep myself from going bonkers under the financial crunch that I can clearly see ahead of myself if I stay unemployed in the next 20 days. Yes, the tech market is in its winter season. I understand that, but I still see there are so many openings in the market for ppl with 1YoE like me and skillset that matches mine, yet I never hear back from them or just get rejected in final rounds 😕. I'm absolutely clueless on what to do right now. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

What should I do to turn my life around?

Qualifications: BTech IT from tier-3 college, Pass Out in 2021, CGPA 7 Skills: Python + DSA (Intermediate), HTML, CSS, JS (Intermediate). In 2021 I was preparing for government job and was really passionate about govt services but I failed in CDS II 2021 and lose all of my focus and my parents want me to get a job in related field so in January 2022 I started looking for job in IT but I was not good at anything and so I thought I wasn't job ready and start learning to Python and DSA and Web Development but in meantime I procrastinated and wasted so much of my time I was demotivated with zero focus and after months I am still not good at anything I don't have anything to show on my resume no projects, no experience nothing. I have wasted more than a year just thinking what should I do and got nowhere. Lately I started to learn web dev from theodinproject.com and have completed foundations. Tbh i wasted time during this learning phase also and manage to complete this in a month. And after that I started to learn reactjs (haven't completed it yet) And now I am really desperate for a job. What should I do to get a job with minimum preparation like give 1 months and get a job? I am not looking for something specific. I don't have any goals. ATM I have no idea what I am passionate about. I'm 24 and unemployed and How can I turn my life around? All those years in school and college I never worked hard enough but now I regret it. I want to work hard now but have been procrastinating a lot. I need guidance on how to get a job and what to learn further to get a job. I would really appreciate it if you guys can guide me.
