Did you get Market Correction in Salary?
Did any of you get a raise due to market correction when a junior batch of graduates join your company at a higher salary than yours? For Example :- Your batch of fresh graduates joined the company at 5 LPA and the batch of graduates joining next year join at 8 LPA. Does the previous batch get an increment in salary to match that of the junior batch?
In IT don't expect any auto increments, once you are in it depends on your performance. Nothing happens automatically.

If you get correction then your senior batches would also demand the same.. hence you are now stuck at 5 lpa
